1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hypertradeworx (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. Hypertradeworx is operated by These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hypertradeworx.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are not prohibited from using decentralized finance services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Description of Services
Hypertradeworx provides a front-end interface for decentralized perpetual trading on supported blockchain protocols, including but not limited to Hyperliquid, Ostium, and Lighter. The Platform facilitates trading but does not custody user funds. All trades are executed on-chain through smart contracts. Hypertradeworx does not act as a counterparty, broker, or financial advisor.
4. Wallet Connection & Self-Custody
You connect your own cryptocurrency wallet to interact with the Platform. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. Hypertradeworx has no access to your private keys and cannot recover lost funds. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that you bear all risk associated with your trading activity.
5. Risks
Trading perpetual contracts involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose more than your initial margin. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge the following risks: • Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits • Volatile market conditions and rapid price movements • Blockchain network congestion or downtime • Liquidation of positions due to insufficient margin • Regulatory changes that may affect service availability
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: • Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity • Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform or underlying protocols • Use bots or automated systems to abuse the points or referral system • Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
7. Points & Referral Program
Hypertradeworx may offer a points and referral program. Participation is subject to the rules published on the Platform. Hypertradeworx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, and to revoke points obtained through fraudulent or abusive behavior.
8. Gas Fee Sponsorship
Hypertradeworx may sponsor gas fees for certain transactions at its sole discretion. This benefit may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Sponsored gas fees are not guaranteed and may be subject to limits.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software of the Platform are the property of Hypertradeworx or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypertradeworx and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Platform. Hypertradeworx does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hypertradeworx from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Modifications
Hypertradeworx reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Brazil.
