We collect minimal information to provide our services: • Wallet addresses: Your public blockchain wallet address when you connect to the Platform • Transaction data: On-chain trading activity conducted through the Platform (this data is publicly available on the blockchain) • Usage data: Anonymous analytics such as pages visited, features used, and session duration • Device data: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for optimization purposes • Referral data: Referral codes and associated wallet addresses for the referral program We do NOT collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, or any KYC-related personal information.

4. Blockchain Data
All trading transactions are recorded on public blockchains. This data is inherently public, transparent, and immutable. Hypertradeworx does not control or have the ability to delete on-chain data. Your wallet address and transaction history on the blockchain are visible to anyone. We recommend using the Platform with awareness that blockchain transactions are permanent and publicly accessible.
5. Analytics & Cookies
We use analytics services (such as Mixpanel and Vercel Analytics) to understand how users interact with the Platform. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to collect anonymous usage data. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Platform functionality.

You may disconnect your wallet from the Platform at any time, which will stop the collection of new usage data associated with your session.
